Autumn’s rythms: A seasonal companion (2025)
Autumn is the season of refinement —of gathering what nourishes and releasing what no longer serves. In Traditional Chinese Medicine, this is the time of Metal: the breath of the Lungs, tending to boundaries, practicing letting go, and finding the beauty in simplicity. To support this turning, I created a zine...
Inside:
🌾 reflections on the art of nourishing life (Yang Sheng Fa)
🌾 simple recipes to strengthen Lung Qi and immunity
🌾 invitations to rest with the season and return to relational time.
This is not a wellness to-do list. It’s a slow unfolding.
An invitation to listen.
Consider making a donation, for whatever amount feels accessible. Here are a couple options where your funds would be appreciated:
SUPPORT RANEEN AND HER FAMILY IN GAZA
Raneem and her family in Gaza have been displaced for over a year and have been living in a tent on the beach in southern Gaza. They are once again without shelter and currently have no safe place to sleep. For a couple weeks in January 2026, they slept on the streets, and for the last little bit they have been sleeping in Raneem’s uncle’s tent – 15 family members in one small tent. If you’re able to contribute — in any amount — it would help them secure urgent shelter and basic necessities. If you’re not able to donate, sharing the fundraiser or simply holding this family in your heart and awareness are also deeply appreciated.
XAXE TENEW SACRED LAND SOCIETY
